Returns Information+

The refund will be issued to the original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days. For orders paid by gift card, we will issue a new one to your billing address within 3-5 working days. Should you receive any goods that are faulty or not working as they should, please contact us and we will provide a full collection and replace them at no additional cost. We will endeavour to replace any goods damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered items, we will resend the correct item back out which may take up to 48 hours.
